We source raw agricultural material from New York farmers and process it on-site into refined industrial components. Those components become the raw material for our own line of sustainable construction products. Unlike a facility that only processes raw material for someone else's factory, we process and manufacture, capturing value at every stage.

Growers: We're Looking for New York Acreage

New York farmers have been asked to grow hemp before, without a reliable buyer waiting at the other end. We're building the processing capacity that was missing.We're looking to contract 1,000–1,200 planted acres for our first growing season, working with growers across New York's Southern Tier and surrounding regions. Hemp fits naturally into an existing crop rotation, it benefits soil health and breaks weed, disease, and insect cycles for the crops that follow it.We're working with the Ursa 'Alta' cultivar, developed at Cornell AgriTech and bred specifically to stay within New York's legal THC threshold, which removes the single biggest risk New York hemp growers have faced: losing an entire crop to a failed compliance test.Tell us you're interested.If you'd consider planting hemp acreage, fill out our short Grower Letter of Intent.
